Living with it
My brother, who works at Ecovacs, brought an X11 PRO OMNI home. We live in the same house, so it was our robot.
It cleaned everything, and I honestly cannot remember anything that annoyed me about it.

Who should buy it, and who should not
Buy it if
- Your home is big. The charging trick is the whole point. Most robots have to stop, go home and recharge for hours on a large floor. The X11 tops up every time it goes back to wash its mop.
- Your balcony has a high door track. 4 cm sliding-door tracks is more than most robots manage, and the balcony is where the sand comes in.
- You want the mop to be properly hot-washed. A 75°C soak and 63°C drying is the most thorough mop care in the Ecovacs UAE range.
