Under AED 600
Roborock Q7 TF vs Ecovacs N20e
AED 469 vs AED 589
Both map your home with a laser (LiDAR), which is the one feature I would not go without. The Roborock is AED 120 cheaper. The Ecovacs runs up to 350 minutes against 150, and has the better Amazon rating, 4.5 stars from about 1,900 ratings against 4.1 from about 830. For a studio, the Q7 TF is enough. For a bigger flat, I would pay the extra.
- Q7 TF 10,000 Pa, LiDAR, mop pad, 150 minutes
- N20e 10,000 Pa, LiDAR, mop pad, 350 minutes, climbs 20 mm
- Neither empties itself or washes the mop

A base that empties the robot for you is what makes daily runs painless in UAE dust. All three brands have one under AED 1,000. Roborock's Q7 Pro Max+ is the cheapest at AED 839, and Ecovacs' N20e PLUS (AED 999) has a bagless base. I would take the Dreame: it advertises a 2-year warranty, its bag holds up to 150 days of dust, and it runs up to 370 minutes.
- Dreame D20 Plus 13,000 Pa, LDS laser navigation, 2-year warranty
- Roborock Q7 Pro Max+ 13,000 Pa, LiDAR, empties for 7 to 9 weeks, AED 839
- Ecovacs N20e PLUS 10,000 Pa, bagless base for up to 45 days, AED 999
- Watch out none of these wash the mop

Winner: Ecovacs N30 PRO OMNI
AED 1,219, or AED 1,119 with TIMELESS
A station that washes and dries the mop matters a lot on tiles and marble, and in summer humidity, when a wet mop starts to smell. This is the cheapest one of the three brands, AED 180 under Dreame's D20 Ultra and almost AED 500 under Roborock's Qrevo S Pro.
- Ecovacs N30 PRO OMNI 10,000 Pa, 60°C mop washing, 40°C drying
- Dreame D20 Ultra 13,000 Pa, mop self-cleaning and drying, AED 1,399
- Roborock Qrevo S Pro 18,500 Pa, 75°C mop washing, AED 1,708
- Watch out the N30 has the least suction of the three

Roborock Qrevo S Pro vs Ecovacs T80 OMNI vs Dreame D30 Ultra
AED 1,708 vs AED 2,199 vs AED 1,999
All three empty themselves and wash their mops. The Roborock is the cheapest by about AED 300 to 500 and has a 4.3-star rating from over 800 Amazon ratings. The Dreame has the most suction, 25,000 Pa. The Ecovacs is the only one with a roller mop, which is rinsed with clean water while it cleans instead of dragging pads around. If price matters most, the Roborock. If you mostly have tiles or marble, the T80.
- Qrevo S Pro 18,500 Pa, 75°C mop washing, all-in-one dock
- T80 OMNI 18,000 to 20,000 Pa, OZMO roller mop, 45°C drying, AED 2,099 with code
- D30 Ultra 25,000 Pa, MopExtend mop that reaches into edges

The top end
Ecovacs X11 PRO OMNI vs Roborock Qrevo Edge 2 vs Dreame X50 Ultra
AED 2,799 vs AED 2,899 vs AED 4,099
The X11 is the one we had at home, and it cleaned everything. Its trick is quick top-up charging during mop washes, which matters in a villa. The Qrevo Edge 2 costs AED 100 more, has 25,000 Pa of suction and is only about 8 cm tall, so it fits under more sofas. The Dreame X50 Ultra is AED 1,300 more than either, and for most UAE homes I do not think it is worth the jump.
- X11 PRO OMNI 19,500 Pa, roller mop, 75°C wash, 63°C drying, AED 2,699 with code
- Qrevo Edge 2 25,000 Pa, 80°C hot water mop washing, auto drying, very slim
- X50 Ultra Dreame's flagship range, down from AED 6,999
