These are soundcore's figures. Like all earbud numbers they come from a lab test, in normal mode at about half volume, so expect a bit less if you listen loud.
What cuts it short
- Noise cancelling. Turning it on takes the earbuds from 12 hours to 7. That is the biggest single change, and it is the number most people forget.
- Volume. The lab figure is at about half volume. Gym playlists are usually louder.
- Calls. Six hours against twelve in normal mode.
- Heat. Batteries lose capacity faster in the heat, so a gym bag left in a car in the UAE summer is the worst place for them.
Charging
The Amazon.ae listing says about 3 hours for a full charge, and that 5 minutes in the case gives roughly 2 hours of playback, which is the number that matters when you are leaving for the gym in a hurry.
How it plays out for me
I have trained with mine for about four months. I charge them about once every week or two, and they have never died on me mid-session. That is with noise cancelling off most of the time and with me not wearing them all day, so it is a use pattern, not a lab result. If you wear them from morning to night with ANC on, count on charging them in the case every couple of days.
